#aewfightforever #AEW #review After MUCH hype and anticipation, AEW Fight Forever has finally been released. Like many wrestling fans I was excited not only for a new wrestling game but one that was catering to a new audience of wrestling gamer. Unfortunately, what we got after 3 years of waiting was a hallow shell of a game. The idea that they thought this passed for a full priced game is laughable. I was planning on doing a formal video review like many others have but after hours of research and writing I found myself unable to put something together as the more I dug into it, the angrier I got over what I was finding. I wanted to just let it go but it wouldn't get out of my head so rather than delay this even further than it already was I decided to just jump on a livestream and do a bit of a review there. That is the source of this video, with various things cut out for time and because some stuff just wasn't applicable to the review, such as stream shout outs, technical snafus, and other off-topic acknowledgements. Mandatory disclaimer: IF YOU LIKE THIS GAME AND DISAGREE WITH WHAT I AM SAYING, THAT IS FINE. I am not here to change people's minds about liking a game or saying that you should not have the opinions that you have. However, if we are to respect that opinion, than I feel mine can be respected as well. And it is my opinion that not only is Fight Forever in a bad state, but I am not exactly booming with confidence that this game has the team behind it to make it what it should be. If I'm proven wrong, I'd actually be happy, because then it would mean we'd finally get a game that's worth that of a full priced game. However, given the state of the game, the comments made by those involved, and the actions of those involved post launch lead me to have a very hesitant view of the future of this.
