Say hello to Ziggy! 🐶 This dude is a three year old Standard Poodle that has recently started our Distractions Program. This dude is a strong boy with some big goals of joining his owner on the college campus. He knows some basic commands but all bets are off once distractions enter the picture 🎾🐿️ Ziggy can be quick to bark at times and can easily startle. His owner likes this in some cases as an alert dog, but it’s a behavior that can quickly spiral if not handled correctly. While Ziggy learns our standard of obedience, we’ll also be putting his barking on cue. This will make it easier for him to know when to bark in certain contexts, and make it fair to him when told to not bark in other areas.
