Get ready to learn how to make a Churro Bundt Cake with a silky Chocolate Glaze. Ingredients: Cake: o 3 cups all-purpose flour o 1 cup unsalted butter o ¾ cup granulated sugar o ¾ cup brown sugar o ½ cup whole milk o 5 eggs o ½ teaspoon salt o 2 teaspoons vanilla extract o 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder o ¼ nutmeg o 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon Cinnamon Sugar Coating o 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter o 2 teaspoons cinnamon o ½ cup granulated sugar Chocolate Glaze o ½ cup chocolate ships o ¼ cup heavy cream Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside for later. 3. Using a mixer beat together butter and granulated sugar. Mix on medium until combined. Add in eggs two at a time. Next add in sour cream and vanilla extract. Mix on medium. 4. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, rotating in whole milk. Mix on medium until smooth. 5. Spoon in cake batter and smooth. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. 6. Allow the cake to cool for 10-15 minutes, before inverting onto a cooling rack. Remove Bundt pan and let cake cool completely. 7. Once the cake is cooled it’s time to coat in cinnamon sugar. Generously brush the cake with melted butter. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together, then sprinkle and press into the cake. 8. To make the chocolate glaze, heat heavy cream in the microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds. Add chocolate a bowl, pour in heated cream and whisk until smooth. Spoon the chocolate glaze over top of the coated Churro Bundt cake.
