In the land survey app for Android Apglos Survey Wizard there is an indicator that shows you if you receive enough satellite icons. This is the satellite image on the top left of the map. When that indicator is green then you can map a point. That you do by clicking the point button. Of course you have to make sure you selected the right layer.
