https://agrimetsoft.com/NetCDF_Subset... === Learn how to easily merge and subset NetCDF files using Agrimetsoft's new tool, streamlining your data processing workflow. The video guides you through selecting files, defining the output, and running the tool, with options for calculating statistics. This is great for data analysis on environmental data and working with netcdf to csv. Hello everyone! I'm Sohrab, and in this video, I’ll introduce a simple and powerful new tool from AgriMetSoft designed to subset and merge multiple NetCDF files. 💻 Key Features: Select multiple NetCDF files and merge them along the time dimension Subset data based on custom latitude and longitude bounds Calculate regional statistics such as: Mean Standard deviation Median Custom quantiles Count of values within, below, or above thresholds 📊 The tool also allows you to: Enable or disable specific statistics Customize quantile values Define thresholds for count-based analysis 🛰️ In this demo, I use SCF data from the NASA POWER dataset (CanESM model), showing daily maximum temperature across four years for the state of Iowa (USA). 🧪 After running the tool, I visualize the output using Panoply, a free NetCDF viewer by NASA. The generated file includes all selected statistics as time series, ready for further use in Excel, Python, or GIS software. 📥 Download Panoply: https://www.giss.nasa.gov/tools/panoply/ ✅ Easy to use, efficient, and flexible—perfect for researchers working with climate or environmental data. 👍 If you find this video helpful, please like it and subscribe for more tutorials and tool walkthroughs. 🔔 Stay updated with the latest tools from AgriMetSoft! 🌐 Visit us at: https://agrimetsoft.com
