There's a new hybrid battery filter on newer Lexus and Toyota models. This keeps the dust from blocking the air vents, which helps keep the hybrid batteries cool. Please do not block the grill area of the hybrid battery if you want your hybrid system to last long. This video will show how to maintain this filter on a 2024 Lexus NX 350h AWD in atomic silver. This may resemble the Toyota Rav4 Hybrid models, including the part number. The process should be comparable to other newer Toyota models as well. I suggest checking this filter for debris every six months. If there is debris, you can vacuum, clean, or replace it. The Lexus/Toyota OEM part number is G92DH-42010. This OEM Filter is around $15.
