Rochester, N.Y. — When asked whether President Joe Biden should be at the top of the ticket for Democrats in November, Rep. Joe Morelle said he believes the president faces an uphill battle. "He still has work to do if he's going to convince people that he can not only run and run successfully but he can continue to govern," Morelle said Wednesday. "It’s his decision because he has the delegates and the pledge delegates — but, frankly, I there's real concerns." ABC News previously reported Morelle was among the group of senior House Democrats calling on Biden to drop out of the presidential race.
