Episode 83: Horizons

Next stop: the 21st century. Horizons was one of the most amazing creations ever to come out of imagineering, and in my very humble opinion (knowing how much imagineering has accomplished) that’s saying something. It combined detailed storytelling with a new form of ride vehicle, some technology that had never been used in an attraction like this, and a level of detail that was astounding This video is a tribute to the attraction that became one of my personal favorites (maybe even THE favorite) and pays respect to its history and the method of storytelling. The final video wound up being MUCH longer than I expected - 30+ minutes?! But I’ve broken it into chapters to help you to consume it. I hope you enjoy this look back at what we had - and lost.
