Presenting a case of habitual shoulder dislocation. He had a definite episode of traumatic dislocation shoulder joint, which was managed conservatively. Repeated dislocations gradually progressed to habitual dislocation. In his statement he narrates the sequence of events and how his MRI was reported to be normal. When he visited orthopedic centers, no treatment option was considered since MRI was reported normal. He was operated upon for arthroscopic repair of Bankart's lesion. Patient has full range of motion. Since this video was made 2 month, slight shrugging is associated with abduction movement. This goes away with scapular stabilization & supra-spinatus strengthening. Patient is little over enthusiastic, he participated in Bhangra event at 6 weeks after surgery, even tried to play basket ball at 7 weeks....But on follow up at 8 weeks we was once again strictly warned against such activities deviations from routine post-op protocols.
