Do not forget to share your feedback with us. #Aamkichutney #rawmangochatni #SooperChef Aam ki Chutney Ingredient for Sugar Syrup: Sugar 1 ½ cup Water 4 cups Ingredients for Aam ki Chutney: Oil 1/3 cup Cumin seeds 1 tbsp Nigella seeds 1 tsp Fennel seeds 1 tbsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Raw mango (Keri) 3 kg Red chili powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp / to taste Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Carom seeds 1/2 tsp Dried whole red chilies 7-8 Black salt 1/2 tsp Sugar syrup Directions: 1. In a pot heat water and bring it to boil. Add sugar and cook until sugar melts. Your sugar syrup is ready. Set aside. 2. In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, nigella seeds, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, whole red chilies and sizzle for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add raw mangoes and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add sugar syrup and cook for 10 over medium flame. 4. Now add black salt and carom seeds and cook until mangoes are soft. 5. Let it cool at room temperature. Your Aam Chutney is ready. Preparation time: 10 mins Cooking time: 15 mins Servings: 3-4
