At this year's Musikmesse in Frankfurt Germany, we launched our DJM-T1 mixer, specifically tailored for Traktor but it was Blakey who stole the show with an inspired performance on the recently launched DDJ-S1 controller, designed specifically with Serato in mind. Watch Blakey as he cuts his way through Daft Punk/Kanye West, House of Pain and Billie Jean, taking full advantage of the super-tight integration with Serato. The five hot-cues allow Blakey to jump around accapellas with ease, not to mention browsing tracks directly from the controller. Each day there was a prize draw where visitors could fill in a form in return for a wrist band with a number on. At 4.30pm each day, hosts Marco & Maui would pick winners from the pot who's wristband matched the number on the selected winning ticket. Lucky winners could walk away with anything from a pair of HDJ-500s to a DJM-350!
