It was a pleasure to fly with my supervisor and mentor of the my phd thesis. Since more than one year we plan to fly from Graz LOWG to Zell am See LOWZ, but we had bad weather on every attempt. Today, again no chance to execute the planed flight. Clouds accumulating from the south against the Tauern mountain chain. Furthermore, moderate turbulence are forecasted for the entire Ennstal. Therefore, both routes unflyable. So we took the only opportunity left just flying around the mountains heading Mürztal and Semmering. Howerever, leaving the ground on such a weather is worth it in any case to enjoy the view from above!
