By using a long, resonant “vooooo” sound, this technique gently guides the nervous system toward safety and regulation. Voo works directly with the vagus nerve—the core of our parasympathetic, calming system. The deep vibration created by the sound, combined with slow, intentional breath, helps settle the fight-or-flight response and invites a sense of groundedness and presence. As the vibration travels through the chest and belly, it can soften areas of tension, increase connection to the body, and support the release of stored activation.
