MW2 Girl Gamer Caught CHEATING on Xbox LIVE (Confronting the Cheater, apparently I'm a random)

I am once again addicted to MW2. Fortunately, not a lot of hackers use MW2 anymore as they found other games to ruin and reproduce. But sometimes, there are still cheaters hiding around within the game. So I found a hacker, of whom I was apparently not worthy enough to talk to, on MW2, use a mod menu and selling infections or whatever the mods are called. I initially found her in my games and she wasn't really hacking at the time, at least I don't think she was. But I noticed she was always getting 0 kills and 0 deaths in every MW2 match. She was not AFK because she was spawning regularly. But I personally think she was flying around or getting outside the map to message and sell hacks on the game. I'm not really sure what she was doing without interacting with the game objectives since MW2 doesn't have a theater mode. But from there, I only had assumptions. So I checked out her profile on Xbox One and realized she had various MW2 clips, 2 of which were where she was seen using mod menus and flying around, aimbotting other players. That was big red flag for me, so I confronted her about it. She, unfortunately, is too high and mighty since everyone is a random but her, and no one is privileged of directly talking to her. Whether she has the ability to either freeze or DDoS me off of Xbox LIVE is beyond me. I personally don't think she can. But she either has some sort of infection or an RGH. With that in mind, I posed as a customer who was interested in buying mods from her. Long story short, I was a random and was not privileged of buying mods. She told me she doesn't sell to randoms. So there went my attempts. But at that point, I had evidence of her cheating and hacking on MW2. The only question is, will she explain why she thinks modifying game content is ok? I caught many hackers that use "smurf accounts" to cheat on but play legitimately on their main ones. Whether it's a main or alternative gamertag, cheating is cheating and other players shouldn't be subjected to it. Be considerate of other gamers.
