Dynasty Warriors 3: XL - Diao Chan Musou Mode 7 | Diao Chan's Escape

This is Diao Chan's version of Diao Chan's Escape, which basically copies Guan Yu's version of Guan Yu's Escape. We've got to fight through all the enemy officers from various forces that survived the previous battles along with Lu Bu's forces that try to cut us off. Diao Chan even kills Zhang Liao on her way out. Dick move. After all of that, Lu Bu will come rushing from behind as the final boss. Thankfully he's not got insane stats since I assume he's holding back, so it's a pretty fair fight. Defeating him here gets Diao Chan her freedom and lets her go party with the Nanman, because why the hell not? I will say, this is the most character Diao Chan has ever been given. It's not much, but it's something more than just "I ❤ Lu Bu, and also fuck that Dong Zhuo guy." A Diao Chan with a desire to be free from war and experience life for herself is something I wouldn't mind to see in future games. I wonder why they dropped this plot point entirely after DW3XL?
