✌(◕‿-)✌ Do you have a piece of cheap jewellery that you love? Isn't it sad to see it tarnish after a few wears? This is my quick fix to make these cheaper pieces last longer. I've purchased pieces from Forever21 and wished I bought a back-up because I was in love with them. USE this quick fix if you want to: prevent tarnishing stop rhinestones from falling off don't want an ugly green/black ring around your neck or fingers prevent sensitivity to metals SAVE $$$$ ** I do NOT recommend you do this to more expensive pieces because the chemicals in the nail polish may cause discolouration on precious pieces. Designer pieces in particular may offer a guarantee if something goes wrong with their product. Ex. A friend purchases a gold plated necklace from Coach and it tarnished about 8 months later and she was able to exchange it for a new one. The nail polish I used was the basic clear varnish from Etude House. Any clear polish will work but the more liquid the consistency is the better the results!!
