The City of Columbus is facing mounting criticism over its Enhanced Meter Project, with numerous complaints surfacing about property damage and inadequate subcontractor performance. Residents have contacted ABC On Your Side Investigates on issues ranging from flooding to hostile interactions with VEPO Metering, the subcontractor responsible for the installations. Chief Investigator Lisa Rantala approached Mayor Andrew Ginther at a media event to address these concerns. "A lot of complaints are coming in about damage," Rantala said.
