For almost fifty years, Catholic parishes have been key participants in two hundred faith based community improvement organizations across the country, concretely addressing numerous social justice issues. This presentation addresses how these groups build parish leadership, community, deep relationships, and accomplish major social justice steps on housing, jobs, health care, immigration, criminal justice reform, and education.
