Hi Friendly Viewers! Thanks for watching. I hope these videos can help you learn how to perform each exercise correctly and prevent injury. Feel free to reach out with questions. This is my third Pilates video of the low back pain series. If any of these exercises aggravate your symptoms, please listen to your body and stop immediately. You may not be ready for this level of exercise. Always make sure each exercise is pain free! Many people mistake strength for stability but they are very different! You may be very strong globally but lack major stability in your small stabilizing muscles which are extremely important to protect your spine. The goal of these low back pain prevention series is to teach you how to stabilize your spine which means you must engage your abs to prevent any amount of movement in your spine, while moving only your limbs.
