I still remember the days when this plot of land was empty, and now it's packed with high rise towers after towers. Plus the team is also having their hands full with the revitalization of the existing abandoned project. I am truly impressed with the execution ability. Also this is on top of whatever developments they are building across the entire Malaysia from KL to Johor, Ipoh, Kuantan, Sabah, Penang and etc. This is an incredibly challenging site, especially the topography. That explains the choice of ramp within the carpark, the location of lift lobby, and the pedestrian experience into the project. They would've applied other design alternatives if the site were flat and the size were larger. However in every angle looking around, it feels rather claustrophobic as the site is just surrounded by buildings. The density is also gonna test the infrastructure soon. Currently the main road is not 100% completed yet, so let's wait and see lah. But in consideration for the initial price, I think this is definitely within expectations. I am more used to their other series of specification but oh well :)
