In this video I review my absolute favorite and; in my opinion, the best budget RGB fans money can buy. The Bitspower Touchaqua Notos O 120mm RGB fans are absolutely stunning. They are fairly quiet especially if you do a custom fan curve to keep them at a lower speed. The fans are great for water cooling radiators, AIOs and for normal intake or exhaust fans. I highly recommend them and have used them a lot in many different builds so far. These fans are only available from micro center as far as I can tell. At least for the time being.
