Learn about the different Quell 2.0 sleep settings. Before using Quell Sleep Settings, make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is enabled and your device is connected to the app. Your Quell device has various Sleep Settings that can be used overnight by opening the app menu and selecting Settings. Sleep Position Tracking tracks your sleep position overnight, including leg movements, body position, and more. In order to track sleep position, you must activate it each time you are laying down in bed and are ready to go to sleep. Within Sleep Position Tracking, select which leg you currently are wearing Quell on. Laying on your back with your toes pointing straight up, press the Start Tracking button. Quell will now track your sleep position. This needs to be repeated each night you want to track your sleep position. For most people, Quell will accurately track sleep time. If you notice Quell is over or underestimating your sleep, use Lights Out to help sleep tracking be more accurate. When you are ready for sleep, press Lights Out. Then, when you wake if you remain in bed, press the Awake button. This will help with sleep time accuracy. If Quell underestimated your time asleep, you should disable Sleep Onset Detection and use the Lights Out function. Quell also offers various sleep modes for overnight use. Sleep modes control set how therapy will operate while you are asleep. The default Sleep Mode is Gentle Overnight which will run therapy throughout the night at a reduced intensity. You can also select an as needed mode, or have Quell operate at full power throughout the night.
