2024.11.23 (토) / 토론토 온지 D+26 한국과 달리.. 할것없는 토론토... 특히 겨울이면 더 심심해 지는데용 그래서 심심함 타파를 위해 한국에서 안해 보는 것들을 이것저것 시도 중인 저스티스 씨.. ---- 같이 사는 하우스메이트가 만들어준 바나나 푸딩 맛이 계속 생각나서 만들어 먹기로 결심.!!! 재료 사는 것 부터 만만치 않았는데 아라랑 마트 4군데를 돌면서 겨우겨우 구해온 재료들.! 존맛탱구리 만들기도 쉽고 재료비도 얼마 안드는데.! 다음에 또 만들어 먹어야지 ----- 만드는 법 1. 연유300+차가운 물370+ 바나나 젤로 파우더 넣고 믹스 2. 냉장고에 최소 4시간 방치 (커스터드 푸딩처럼 변함) 3. 휘핑크림(370) 휘핑치기 4. 휘핑크림과 커스터드 푸딩 섞기 5. 바나나 자르기 6. 크림-계란과자-바나나 순으로 쌓기 7. 끝 준비물 -바나나 두개, 연유, 물, 바나나 젤로 파우더, 휘핑크림, 계란과자 2박스 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ #November 23, 2024 (Sat) / Day 26 in Toronto Unlike Korea… Toronto feels like there's not much to do. Especially in winter, it gets even more boring. So, to break the monotony, Justice here is trying out things I wouldn’t normally do in Korea! --- I couldn’t stop thinking about the banana pudding my housemate made. So, I decided to make it myself! Even gathering the ingredients wasn’t easy. After visiting four different stores, including Arirang Mart, I finally got everything I needed! *Result: Absolutely delicious!* It’s easy to make and doesn’t cost much for the ingredients. I’ll definitely make it again next time. --- Recipe 1. Mix **300 ml of condensed milk**, **370 ml of cold water**, and **banana-flavored Jell-O powder**. 2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until it turns into a custard-like pudding. 3. Whip *370 ml of whipping cream* until stiff peaks form. 4. Combine the whipped cream with the custard pudding. 5. Slice two bananas. 6. Layer in the order of cream → vanilla wafers → bananas. 7.
