Welcome inside our commercial farm kitchen! In this video, we show you how we make our famous sweet pepper relish using fresh, homegrown ingredients from our family farm. This kitchen used to be a working dairy farm where we milked 100 Holstein cows in from 1963 until 2001 — and in 2009, we converted the old milk house into a certified commercial kitchen where we now make relish, salsa, freeze-dried candy, and more. We start with a short history of the dairy, kitchen, and how we’ve been making sweet pepper relish since 2004, then take you through the process of washing, chopping, cooking, and bottling the relish.
