Next, make your sauce by mixing all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Taste as you go and adjust as needed. Add flour and cornstarch to a mixing bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Whisk 2 eggs together and add a little hot sauce. Dredge seasoned shrimp into egg wash and then into the flour mixture. Add to a plate or wire rack. Heat frying oil up to 350 degrees. Fry shrimp for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown and cooked thru. Toss in sauce and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
