This was the pilot episode of “Marco”. In this episode, Marco demonstrates and explains to us the difficulties and sacrifices necessary to be undertaken in order for him to run his restaurant at such a high level. He also demonstrates to us how to make the following dishes: Panache of Scallops and Foie Gras Salmon with Tomato Butter Sauce Calves Liver and Onions Marco was a short TV series broadcasted from 1989-1990 that revealed the behind the scenes work of Marco Pierre White and his staff at “Harvey’s”, a two-starred Michelin restaurant which ran from 1987-1993 (of which Marco was a founder of and was the head chef of in its entirety).
