1990 Jeep XJ CORROSION TREATMENT / Renix 4.0 Ep:05

The 4.0 is back under the grinder and in this episode the goal is to remove all rusted metal that's too far gone. The rocker panels are getting cut out and all pitted rust will be treated with rust removal spray, then washed and primed. The primer will be a combination of standard zink primer and for the sections that require welding I will be using a UPOL heavy zink weld through primer. This just keeps everything in good shape until the Jeep roles into the workshop and gets welded up. I've moved fairly quickly up to this point on the 4.0, taking advantage of good weather before the winds turn and the snow falls. Thanks for all your support!
