🧚🏼 Hi friends! Ready for a true ASMR classic? We’re getting back to my roots with today’s Unintentional (inspired) Head to Toe Physical Assessment. I start by obtaining Brittany’s medical history & symptoms. Moving on to a cognitive assessment & stroke evaluation, where I test her awareness and neurological functioning. We then proceed with the physical exam by performing an in depth examination of her eyes, ears, nose and throat. A palpation exam of her head, neck, back, and upper extremities tests for mobility and muscle tone. I close out the examination by assessing her abdomen, testing for abnormal skin texture, swelling, and reflex response.
