I have always played the ‘big sister’ role in my friendships, priding myself on being the person that others rely on - and as a result I had very draining, complicated and unreciprocal female friendships. But it wasn’t all their fault. In this episode I unpack how I’ve taken responsibility for my part in this pattern, how I’ve reclaimed my power and learned to welcome in abundant, generous reciprocal female friendships.
