We were chosen by Screwfix to develop and integrate a range of advanced interactive digital media solutions designed to streamline the in-store customer experience across numerous locations. The range of digital media touch points includes new Click & Collect Kiosks and a digital browser solution, designed to replace traditional paper-based product browsing. Customers can search the entire product catalogue, check local stock-levels and create an order, which is then sent automatically to the Point of Sale system for payment and collection. All orders and their pick status are then displayed on a departure board display. Both interactive applications are fully integrated with the client’s legacy stock and transactional systems, providing a modern in-store digital media experience, without adding to the complexity or requiring change to the existing infrastructure.
