In this video I show you how I go about repacking a freehub body with grease and replacing cartridge bearings on a DT Swiss 180 EXP road edition hub. The process I demonstrate in this video is identical for all DT Swiss 180 and 240 EXP road and mountain hubs. The process for non-EXP 350 hubs is slightly different, but easily adaptable. I go through the process of how to choose the right type and size of bearings for any bike hub with reference to the bearing designation system.
