Luckily, Higsby happens to know of a place, but he wants us to a quick favor first. Emphasis on quick since it's just a visit to End Area 3. So, he gives us his old storage area to use as a base. After relocating, an alarm goes off. Someone is trying to access the Undernet. Heading to End Area 5 reveals it's Meddy/ToadMan. They open the door and try to go through, but waiting on the other side is CloudMan, who is also brought back to life. Luckily, ProtoMan/Colonel comes in to lend a hand and sends CloudMan packing. After being given a stern talking to, Meddy/ToadMan try to make a fast one for the Undernet, but CloudMan comes back, and he plans to use himself as a bomb.
