I headed back to probably my favorite campsite near LA. Can't believe it's been over a year since I last visited:    • "Winter" Car Camping on a Southern Califor...  . I got lucky because a site had become available (everything was booked up all summer). I packed up and headed out on the re-opened PCH which was a sobering reminder of the fires a couple months ago. But it was good to see progress in the cleanup/rebuild and the resiliency of those that live around Pacific Palisades and Malibu.
