Step 2: Batter Banana Dal ka pani nikal kar mixer me bina zyada pani ke smooth paste bana lein. Batter halka aur fluffy hona chahiye. 👉 5–7 minute tak ek hi direction me phent lein. 👉 Test: Thoda batter pani me daalein – agar upar aa jaye to perfect hai 👍 Step 3: Bade Talna Kadhai me medium heat par tel garam karein. Haath ya spoon se chhote balls daal kar golden brown hone tak fry karein. Step 4: Pani Me Soak Fry kiye hue bade ko garam pani me 10–15 minute bhigo dein. Phir halka sa press karke extra pani nikal dein. Step 5: Dahi Prepare Karna Dahi ko achhe se phent lein. Isme namak, cheeni, kala namak aur jeera powder mila dein. Step 6: Assemble Karna Bade ko serving plate me rakhein. Upar se dahi daalein. Phir imli chutney, hari chutney, lal mirch powder, jeera powder aur anar se garnish karein 😍
