800 km (500 miles) along the Vancouver Island Trail from North to South, start to finish. The hardest thru hike I have ever attempted and completed! This was my first time setting out to complete a trail with a hiking partner for the entirety of the hike. My husband Brian joined me. He has been working hard at healing from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder since his diagnosis 2 years ago. His mental state was the biggest variable affecting our thru hike. Getting to share this story with you along with the deeper behind the scenes experience we had is a true gift. Thank you so much for watching and for being here! This is my first ever documentary.
