Today, we're embarking on a journey from Edmonton to Coventry via The Ridgeway Enfield, M25 motorway, M1, M4, and A45. We're excited to share our experiences and insights from this unique road trip. For those who aren't familiar with the locations yet, Edmonton is a town in London, England. It's nestled within the borough of Enfield and is a part of Greater London. The town has two distinct parts: Lower Edmonton or Edmonton Green in the north and Upper Edmonton in the south. Today, we set off from Edmonton in heavy rain and made our way through Enfield via The Ridgeway Enfield. The Ridgeway is an ancient highway that connects Barnet and New Barnet, providing a scenic route for our journey. We then joined the motorway network with the M25, which is a circular road that surrounds Greater London and the Home Counties. From there, we headed north on the M1 motorway and then west on the M4 towards Coventry. Along the way, we enjoyed views of fields and farms as well as cityscapes as we drove through Northamptonshire As we neared Coventry, the scenery changed to suburban streets filled with terraced houses that made us feel at home away from home. We arrived in Coventry when the rain had stopped, and it was still bright , marking the end of our journey from Edmonton to Coventry via The Ridgeway Enfield. So there you have it!
