Robin was joined by Jennifer Smith, Emergency Management Coordinator at NCH Healthcare System in Florida to hear all about what emergency management looks like at a multi-hospital healthcare system. With over 20 years of service in public safety and emergency management, Jennifer is responsible for coordinating all pre and post emergency event activities at NCH.
