It's time for another Catholic Cookbook Challenge! For April we are trying a recipe from "Bumping Into God in the Kitchen" by Fr. Dominic Grassi. We are also doing some liturgical year cooking by creating a special dessert to enjoy during the Octave of Easter (think chocolate!).
