FAMILY FARM ADDRESS: Wisconsin, USA BOILED CHICKEN WITH HMONG HERBS: Boil the chickens. Mix in some Hmong herbs and then eat with rice. FRESH POTBELLY PORK WITH SQUASH TIPS: In a massive pot, brown the chopped up pork meat. Drain the oil. Add water to cover the pork and allow it to continue cooking. Add salt and MSG. Boil for about ten minutes then add buttercup squash tips. BRAISED GUINEA FOWL: Chop cilantro and green onions. Chop up the guinea fowl. In a big bowl, place chopped guinea fowl, add fresh cilantro and green onions, and add fresh ground pepper. Mix and braise. BUTTERCUP SQUASH: Cut the buttercup squash.
