The Festival, for 15 days, transforms the Medieval City of Rhodes into an active music workshop, allowing the public to participate in numerous interactive music workshops and concerts with the participation of internationally renowned artists and musical ensembles. It's a new way of meeting through art and experiencing classical music. One of the main goals of the Festival is to empower young people through art and contribute to the promotion of the island of Rhodes as one of the important artistic capitals in Europe. Festival's institutional partners : The Festival European Polyphony is under the auspices of the Hellenic National Tourist Office (E.O.T) and the General Secretariat of the Aegean and Island Policy. It is a co-organization of the South Aegean Region, the Municipal Organization for Culture and Sports of Rhodes (DOPAR), the French Consular Authority of Rhodes and the association Arts Spontanés. With the significant support of the Ministry of Culture & Sports of HELLENIC REPUBLIC, the General Secretariat of the Aegean and Island Policy, the Municipal Enterprise of Rhodes (DERMAE), the Organization for the promotion of Rhodian Tourism (PROTOUR), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Dodecanese, Ars Artis and private organizations that support culture.
