Lament for King George V Scottish fiddle performed by Paul Anderson in Aberdeen Music Hall

Talented Scottish fiddle player Paul Anderson, "the Tarland Wizard" performing the Scottish Air "Lament for the Death of King George V". This is a tune composed by Donald Riddell, a piper and violinist, and the Piper to the King. Upon George V's death in 1936 Riddell was the solo piper at the ceremony. This was part of the "Friends of ANCHOR" charity concert in Aberdeen Music Hall, organised by Scottish fiddle maestro Paul Anderson from Tarland. This was in recognition and thanks for the excellent care Paul received from the Anchor unit at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary after his diagnosis of Non Hodgkin lymphoma in 2018.
