Kochi is the commercial capital of Kerala. One of the vibrant cities of southern part of India. It is called as the Queen of the Arabian sea. During the past two decades, the city has grown into a vibrant urban area. It is actually considered as the metropolitan city of Kerala State. Many infrastructural developments have been come up here. However there are many areas which needs urgent attention. As of now, the city of Cochin has more number of vehicles than the rest of the districts. The city has started growing towards East and the major road of the eastern fringes; the Seaport-Airport road hasn't been developed completely. Even though there are KSRTC buses, it's not sufficient enough to carry the load... Actually, the Kakkanad should be developed as a mini hub for buses towards the outscrits..
