How can we make historic buildings energy efficient? Join us for a tour of the B-listed, historic Holyrood Park lodge to find out. The Lodge itself was built in 1857 as part of Prince Albert’s vision for Holyrood Park. It was originally built for park keepers however it has been used as a cottage in the past and is now our much-loved Visitor Centre. Our Technical Research team transformed the lodge from Energy Performance Certificate Band F to Band C, all the while protecting its special historic character.
