Palestinians gathered to mourn Yamen Hamed, a 15-year-old boy shot dead by Israeli forces in east Ramallah, describing the teen as cheerful and full of life just moments before his death. Paramedics from Silwad municipality, including Ahed Samirat, described the difficulties reaching the injured boy, reporting that Israeli soldiers initially blocked their access with guns.
