Blatant violations were seen in the State of Punjab where despite the weekend lockdown imposed in, a group of men were seen breaking the norms in Amritsar by bathing in the river. The police pulled up these flouters and ordered them to disperse. The State government had announced the weekend lockdown in order to curb the COVID-19 spread but the people acted in a counter of that bizarrely flouting all necessary norms.
