Rolwaling ********** Rolwaling is known as land of YETI. The villagers are found sharing the stories of Yeti which they believe still exist. Rolwaling is a remote mountain valley situated in the north east of Nepal. The valley is bordered to china to the North and Everest Region to East. Rolwaling is rich in natural resources. There are prominent mountain peaks like Mount Gaurishankar, Mt. Pharchamo, Mt. Ramdung, Mt. Chekigo, Mt. Nachugo, Mt. Khangtari, Mt. Bamongo and several peaks. The Tso Rolpa lake and Omi Tso are the two lakes of attraction. Waterfalls can be seen throughout the valley. Despite being at high altitude, Rolwaling has diverse flora and fauna. Thick forests can be seen at the base of mountain slopes. Varity of seasonal flowers grow there.
