Let’s show you how to accept online payments for your Xero Invoices with Zeller. Log in to your Zeller Dashboard. Click to expand Settings, then click Connections. You’ll see the Zeller Payment Service as an unlinked connection. Click the plus button to link this to your Zeller account Once you’ve read the connection information, click the checkbox to agree, and click the blue Connect button. You’ll be taken to Xero’s authentication page. Sign in to your Xero Account with your credentials if you’re not already logged in. You’ll need to enable Zeller access to your Xero organisation — so that data can flow from your Zeller account into Xero. Select which Xero branding theme to apply to the Zeller Payment Service. You can update this at any time in your Xero Dashboard. Select your branding theme, and click Next. You’ll be prompted to enter the business details which will appear on your Xero Invoices being issued to customers. Again, you can update this at any time later in your Xero Dashboard. Click Save to complete your integration setup. Your customers can now pay their Xero invoice online with Zeller. Now that your integration is set up, a new Xero clearing account will be created. This is where all Xero invoices paid with Zeller will appear, ready for reconciliation with your bank feed. Let’s see how it looks to your customers when you send them a Xero Invoice. When a customer opens a Xero Invoice, the Pay Now button will direct them to a Zeller online payment gateway to complete payment. Your customer will enter their card details securely online. Once complete, Xero automatically marks the invoice as paid, and will separate the invoice and fee amounts in the newly-created clearing account in Xero. Invoices paid via Zeller are easy to reconcile with entries in your bank feed. Simply press Reconcile and Xero will take care of the rest!
