Bob’s Big Boy Broiler in Downey, CA is home to some big burgers. Today, they pulled out all the stops and created a special five pound ultimate cheeseburger, consisting of 3 pounds of ground beef, lettuce, heaps of mayo, cheese, relish, and ketchup on a massive custom baked bun. It was one of the breadiest and beefiest burgers I’d ever seen. Raina and I were invited to be the first challengers for this monster burger. With no fanfare, no BS, and no Stalin, let’s find out if we could vanquish Bob’s Ultimate 5 pound Cheeseburger.
