In this second part of our analysis, we turn the spotlight on the reviewers who shape the outcomes of the Aave Grants DAO. Using R Markdown and open data, we explore how reviewer participation, acceptance rates, and feedback depth influence which projects receive funding. 🔎 Highlights from the analysis: -The number of active reviewers has stabilized around a dozen per quarter -Core reviewers have been consistently active across multiple funding cycles -Acceptance rates vary widely—from reviewers who approve ~40% of proposals to those who reject all submissions -Review length is typically under 100 words, but certain reviewers provide thousands of words of rationale over time -Interviews generate richer, longer rationales compared to application reviews -Cumulative analysis shows prolific reviewers contributing over 2,500 words of detailed feedback 📂 Full reproducible R Markdown workflow: 👉 Omni-Analytics-Group/eth-data-science-course/tree/master/case-studies/aave
