This video is the final day of my 7 Day English Speaking Challenge. For Day 7, I’m thinking about an important question many English learners talk about: What actually improves speaking more — thinking in English or speaking in English? Many people focus on thinking in English, while others say the real improvement comes from speaking practice. But are these two skills really the same? In this video, I reflect on what I experienced after speaking in English for 7 days in a row I talk about: • The difference between thinking in English and speaking out loud • Why speaking activates your brain differently • How speaking creates pressure that builds real confidence • Why silent thinking practice alone may not be enough • What I noticed after practicing speaking every day for 7 days During these 7 days, I realized something interesting: When you speak out loud, your brain, tongue, speed, and confidence all start working together. That’s when real speaking ability begins to develop. After this challenge, I don’t feel perfect yet — but I understand the process of improving spoken English much better. Some things I noticed during this challenge: • I became more comfortable making mistakes • The fear didn’t disappear, but my tolerance for it increased • My speaking flow improved slightly • I focused less on perfection and more on expression This challenge helped me understand that consistent speaking practice builds real-world ability.
